Idea: The idea I'm working with is to show visually what the creative writing process can be like.
Where: Writing's very important to me right now, and with spring upon us there are many opportunities to take and use idyllic pictures to represent different stages of the process
Reflection: I'm not sure when or how it happened but somewhere in the last few years writing became an integral part of my identity and one of my most vital activities. I may not finish many stories or write great poems but the writing itself has become as fundamental a part of me as my love of reading, my role as elder sister and my passion for learning of any sort. I have on multiple occasions attempted to convey that through my writings, but never in another medium.
Search: I'd like to use predominantly pictures I've taken, or stock images that I've modified significantly. To start I went through my folders of pictures I already have taken or messed with and pulled out a bunch that I would like to use or think might be useful, and plopped them in a folder so they were all together, and started taking pictures around campus as they occurred to me as potentially useful.
Prezi: I haven't really decided how I'm going to use many of the pictures I have yet, so what's in prezi now is really just me slowly brainstorming what I need to do and what images I still need.
What's next: continuing to figure out how to convey this crazy phenomenon of writing via pictures- I know some of the images, but not the entire sequence.
My point:
